ORDERING
Goods may be ordered, either by

PAYMENT
When goods are ordered by
Internet or telephone they must be paid for at the time of ordering using either Credit or Debit Cards. The order will not be processed until payment is agreed by the Card Supplier;
Post the order must be accompanied by a cheque - payable to Lesley Windsor - for the full cost of the goods and carriage and the order will not be processed until the cheque has cleared;
DELIVERY
Subject to payment as above
Standard goods will be delivered within days of order to the address notified to us at the time of order. Orders for gardens are created individually so will take some time longer to arrive so please be patient and allow up to 28 days. If you wish to query progress, please don't hesitate to contact in-miniature and we will advise on the current status of your order.
The goods will be delivered to the address rather than any named recipient and satisfactory delivery will be at the discretion of the Carrier.
If goods are damaged at the time of delivery they may be rejected and returned by the Carrier who delivers them.
If goods are not examined at the time of delivery they may not be later rejected nor will any individual items which are damaged be replaced unless such damage is notified to the Carrier at the time of delivery and so it is incumbent upon the recipient to examine the goods on delivery.
GOODS
We may, if circumstances make it necessary, substitute goods of an equal or higher value.
Some items may differ from the description given in our advertising material but will not be essentially different in content or character.
Our liability for the product is limited to the guarantees and liabilities of our suppliers and consequential loss is limited to the purchase price of the goods.
FORCE MAJEURE
We will make every effort to fulfil orders that are placed but cancellations or variations may be necessary by reason of circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
THIRD PARTY RIGHTS
No person other than a contracting party may enforce any provision (whether express or implied) of the agreement between us by virtue of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
