In addition to the standard postage and packing rate of £3.95 (£5.95 for non UK orders) in-miniature can also provide a next working day gift service for all UK mainland addresses (subject to availability and time of ordering). Next working day deliveries will incur a £7.00 surcharge - Orders can be placed online and this will be added upon receipt and confirmed.
All deliveries are made by Royal Mail by the arrangement of in-miniature.
Deliveries of orders placed on our website or by telephone are made Monday to Friday, (excluding bank and national holidays), during working hours. To allow for weekends, holidays, time differences, delivery distance, customs clearance etc., it is advisable to place orders at least three working days or more before a chosen delivery date, although special prioritisation may be available on request.
We guarantee to replace any item damaged or lost in transit within Mainland UK (UK deliveries include England, Wales, Scotland). Guarantees on overseas deliveries can be offered by prior arrangement.
WORLDWIDE DELIVERIES
We are experienced in sending parcels all over the world, but because of local customs restrictions, you are advised to contact us before ordering for delivery outside Western Europe or Northern America.
As we make to order, please allow up to 21 days for delivery, and up to 6 weeks for full gardens.
